While not formally qualified I have over 30 years’
experience in many administration and accounting roles.
Including 18 years as Office Manager/Senior Accountant
at Independent Fisheries and more recently 7 years as
Senior Finance Accountant at City Care Ltd

Phil joined Dormer Construction in 2018

Early in his working life Phil recognised that numbers were his strong suit, so he was always drawn to accounting roles. He also fully understood he was a team player and with experience was a team leader as well. While preparing accounts for any company requires the same skill set, it is the experience gained working in many different sectors such as Building, Manufacturing, Fishing, Export, Pharmaceuticals and Contracting that make each role unique and challenging. His role here at Dormer Construction is a great fit then, working with a small but dedicated team for a dynamic, progressive and successful Construction company.
