Forming part of overall 93ha, 2000 residential lot, this work comprises a new 400 lot subdivision. Dormer’s work package involved the installation of major drainage services reticulation (sewer and stormwater gravity pipework), construction of new pump stations, finishing stormwater basins and wetlands, including storm water structure, pipework and the bulk Earthworks testing and commissioning. Work was undertaken concurrently with separate contractors for the roading and service installation.

Dormer Construction Ltd was given the contract to construct all the sewer and storm water pipelines and structures on the stages at the Peninsula Bay subdivision, Wanaka.
We also completed approximately 40,000 m3 of cut to fill operations during the earthworks period.
